I have a nasal drip, i took benedryl at 7pm, can i take a claritin at 10pm? what medication is recommended?

Clear nasal drg: If you have a history of allergic reactions and clear nasal drainage without fever, allergic rhinitis is one possible cause. Check you temperature and if there is a fever, infection is more likely. The over the counter 12 or 24 hour antihistamine preparations with nasal saline and avoiding allergens are suggested.
