Scalp feels itchy and like something is crawling on it no matter what i have tried, i have tried numerous shampoos and prescriptions nothing helps.. was told it's occipital neuralgia, is this possible?

Anti-seizure Meds : If your diagnosis is correct, and the block did not resolve your issue, anti seizure drugs have been shown to benefit this type of pain/sensation, as well as other meds. Discuss these with your doc, and also discuss trials of trigger point injections with lidocaine to the affected scalp area to locate the source for your symptoms. Good luck
