Is it ok to give acetaminophen to 7 years old for stomach pain prior to taking to doctor for check up? is it effective for stomach pain?

Yes & no: It may have a placebo effect on the kid because you are doing something comforting. If the stomach pain might be something like appendicitis you should not give her anything since it would complicate taking her to surgery.
