On rare occasions after blowing my nose quite forcefully, i have hundreds of specs of light that shoot inwards in my field of vision, which tends to last for a few seconds. what causes this to happen and is it bad?

Ocular pressure: When you blow your nose forcefully this causes increased pressure to your eyes and effects the retina causing the specs of light.
