Why do have have these night sweats and feeling of pressure in my chest only at night time. i am a 65 year old female still taking hormones. some times it follows dreams. i should be through menopause. night sweats and chest pressure ?

Doctor can examine: A woman in her 60's with a pattern of nighttime chest tightness or pressure must see a doctor to find out why. She can go to the ER If she cannot reach her doctor. If it turns out to be a heart problem or heart attack, a collapsed lung, a pneumonia, a blood clot in the lung, bad heartburn, costochondritis (inflammation of the rib joints), etc., she will be in the right place at the Emergency Room.
