Nothing special: Contrary to popular beliefs (and ads online, in health food shops, etc), there are no diets, vitamins, or drugs known to have a significant effect on the immune system. The standard advice we all know still makes sense: balanced diet, exercise, adequate sleep, and stress reduction all help maintain health. That's the best that can be offered in regard to COVID or any other virus.
