I'am experiencing diarrhea for almost 3 weeks. my poop is watery color is black sometime theres blood on stool. a lot of gas comes out. lost weight 12lbs. my cbc result is abnormal but negative in fecal occult blood. do i need to go for colonoscopy?

Yes: Colonoscopy is definitely necessary in order to secure a diagnosis. Based on symptoms, inflammatory bowel disease appears most likely. Given symptoms, with visible blood, checking for occult blood would not be necessary. Imaging may be needed as well.
