Ive suffered for over a year now from chronic excess phlegm in my nasal passages and throat. im constantly clearing my throat and coughing. it worsens at night but continues through tbe day.when i eat small particals of food get stuck in my throat.

ENT: You may have chronic sinusitis and a CT scan may be ordered. Please request a referral to ENT for further evaluation. A trial of Flonase nasal spray and allergy testing is also suggested. Use nasal saline rinses and avoid dust, smoke, mold, pollen, animal dander and other potential allergens. If the drainage from your nasal passages is cloudy, please have a culture sent for further analysis.
