Does the u.s. have enough face masks for medical staff to protect themselves? does every clinic have a quota of masks?

Logistics: The answer to both questions may still be no. The logistics challenges to distributing face masks to the entire country was and is overwhelming especially when nearly all were imported. Further imports were compromised by competitive demand from other nations and the fact that most were made in China. The same sudden demand and broken supply chain also hampered medical clinics critical access.
