I exercise regularly. if i'm in good shape, can that help prevent the novel coronavirus or make it so my symptoms are mild if i catch it?

Healthy : I don't think there is a clear answer to this at this time. My experience in seeing many patients that are on the healthy side (exercising and in shape) and have COVID 19 that their symptoms are less severe. I have seen a runner in 40s with difficulties breathing that was able to stay at home using telemedicine but eventually needed an in-person examination. and did well.
