My nipple hurts and it is slightly swollen. there is something hard under it that i can move around in the area. it is not red, or strange at all just a little swollen. its a little bigger than my right nipple, had it for a little over a month ?

OBGYN can help: There are many causes of nipple pain including allergy, friction from improperly fitting clothes, infection or a growth. It is best to consult an OBGYN who can do a manual and visual inspection and decide if further imaging is necessary.
