Arrythmia: If your heart rate has been oscillating between 190 and 110 bpm for no reason (not due to physical activity) you should go to an emergency room as soon as possible. Arrythmia means the heart cannot maintain a regular pace to work properly and this could have severe complications, including a "heart attack" or cardiac arrest in which the heart beats so fast it can't function at all.
