Please advise about the process for children that have not had inoculations? age 4years and 6 months and 6 years.

Process ?????: Under my care they would get any and all on a schedule that would catch them up as soon as possible. We have guidelines for this. Some vaccines were only helpful to infants & might be omitted for older kids.
