I am 29 weeks pregnant. and i have the worst pain in my right upper leg (bum) when i walk its like i'm walking on a nerve it goes away eventually but the pain is becoming extremely bad that i can even step on the right leg at all when the pain occurs?

Could be nerve: pressure, or a blood vessel problem. Getting an exam and testing with your doctor is very important, blood vessel issue could be a blood clot, and dangerous.
