Ask: if they have had COVID 19 Sx's which may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Ask if they have been around anyone known to be COVID 19 positive or people who were sick or coughing.
