Gastroparesis Angina: For advanced dm, gastroparesis (slow stomach emptying) is common and intestinal angina, due to widespread atherosclerosis plaque ruptures & clots inducing ischemia, becomes more common over time. Dm kidney failure (with assoc. Hypoplastic anemia) is most common basis for dialysis. For type i, other autoimmune ds are more common, including thyroid, addison's & gonadal failure.
