Had uti which has been cleared with treatment from gp. i am still getting pain around viginal area and a brown discharge. pain is on and off discharge in the morning only. all test blood test and ultra sound was clear.

More than a UTI: Probably you had more than a UTI, which doesn't cause genital pain (except pain when urinating) and doesn't cauwse vaginal discharge. There are many possible causes of vaginal discharge -- brown color may indicate an infection or old blood. Keep working with your GP; if no clear answers, see a gynecologist. Good luck.

Sounds like: a vaginal infection. Testing with your doctor is recommended, for vaginitis.
