Stool change common-: Many things can cause red coloration of the stool aside from blood, including beets & certain antibiotics. Red particles/foreign bodies in the stool could be the result of something eaten which the body cannot digest (like high fiber vegetable matter). This is not the appropriate platform for picture sharing. If you have severe abdominal pain or bloody diarrhea, go to the ER. Stay well!
