Doctor can evaluate: Having an occasional episode of vomiting plus diarrhea can be due to something in the food (such as food poisoning by bacteria or their secreted chemicals). Another cause of such symptoms is a stomach virus infection. One's primary care doctor can review his medical history and do an exam to see if there is anything to worry about.

Viral infection: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests viral gastroenteritis. if your symptoms do not abate in a day or two it would be prudent to see your doctor. Get HPV vaccine Wish you good health!
