Bloating,cramps: . Gas entrapment may be the problem but I recommend an abdominal examination by a physician or gastroenterologist. I feel that normal bowel movements rules out intestinal obstruction,inflammatory bowel disease and acute diverticulitis. Adhesions(if you've had previous abdominal surgery), inguinal hernia are some possibilities. In the meantime take simethicone after meals to prevent gas buildup.
