Hi, i have a hip pain for a couple of months, it ussually appears after running. i used to run with no problems, but now i am spending a around 10 hours sitting on my laptop. please assist as i would like to start running again.

Hip pain: Without knowing the cause of your hip pain it's impossible to give advice. Is it arthritic, positional, traumatic, neurologic, etc. You should see an Orthopedic Surgeon for differential diagnosis, then appropriate treatment can be recommended.
