Sounds mysterious: People's penis holes (urethral meatus) are small at birth because penises are small at birth. Over the years, it doubles in size when the penis doubles in size. After more years, it will have doubled in size again, because the penis doubled in size again. The hole by itself will not for no reason grow bigger without the rest of the penis growing bigger.
