Moisturizer: Treatment for atopic dermatitis is typically a moisterizer like cerave of eucerin or aquaphor. Avoid anything irritating - even toothpaste if it gets on the outside of your mouth can be a problem. And don't lick your lips. If these thingdon't bring releif see an allergist or dermatologist.

Aquaphor: Try a barrier cream like Aquaphor to seal in moisture and prevent dryness and cracking of lips. Do not overuse chapsticks as these can actually cause worsening of symptoms. Also make sure that you are not putting other makeups or lipsticks on that are causing an allergic reaction making your lips worse.
