A member asked:

Just want to find out if your blood count is 1.65mmol for s-po4 is it a problem?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Phosphate level: Your serum phosphate level of 1.65 mol is high. The upper limit of normal is 1.45. High levels have various causes including kidney disease, high vitamin D doses, low level of parathyroid hormone, osteoporosis and liver disease. If a repeat level is still elevated consult an endocrinologist for testing and advice.
