Talk to prescriber: there are a number of good med options that your physician who knows your history can help you with . an antipain diet might be helpful for both pain and mood, avoid dairy, grains, sugar, soy and eggs, add 4-5oomg of magnesium, gluconate or citrate most absorbable, and 3000mg essential fatty acids (fish oil) , also make sure to get Vit D level checked and get supplementation if needed.
