How can i tell if it's my appendix or just a stomach bug? it feels like a stomach grumble but in my right side. i have had vomiting. loss of appetite. and nausea but i am able to move my bowels fine and pass gas.

Doctor can evaluate: Lower abdominal discomfort can be from many things. For pain there, appendicitis is a concern (pain usually worsens over time, with fever coming on). If one is constipated for several days, stool can back up and cause discomfort or pain. Gallstones, kidney stones, or gastroenteritis can also cause pain. One's primary care doctor or the ER can evaluate, plus do a pregnancy test if needed.
