I was diagnosed with hashimoto's thyroiditis 1.5 years ago. i am taking euthyrox (75mcg) for it. in the last week my thyroid has been extremely inflammed and i am struggling to breath and feel uncomforatable. what can i do to reduce this inflammation?

Go to your doc: If it is inflamed it may be a recurrence of the thyroiditis and you may need prescription meds to manage it. Contact your treating doc without delay & follow their instructions.
