Exam needed: If symptoms developed after vigorous exercise you could be dealing with serious muscle damage called rhabdomyolosis. This can cause kidney damage and tea colored urine. See your physician or go to the hospital emergency room for evaluation as soon as possible. You may need vigorous fluid administration to mitigate damage to the kidneys.
