Disc pain: See a doc for full eval. Disc pressure increases while seated, suggesting this may be your problem (bulging disc). An MRI will outline this best. It can also be arthritic joint disease. Topical patches or nsaid gel over the low back can help. Knee to chest flexion exercises can be helpful; but, accurate diagnosis after radiographs and neurological exam will, direct best treatment plan. Good, luck!
