Chest pain: I'm going to qualify my answer by saying that 28 is young for a cardiac problem, but not unheard of. When should you seek medial evaluation? Now. Your problem may be innocuous, but only a physical examination and/or lab tests and/or imaging will give you an accurate answer. Go now.
