Phimosis: Tight foreskin is called phimosis. If acute due to infection/inflammation, medical treatment usually improves it. But if the foreskin is naturally tight in absence of inflammation, usually surgery is the only solution. It's pretty minor and usually not a big deal. See a urologist.

Phimosis : Often this can be resolved by applying either OTC creams that contain retinol and or shea butter or the use of a topical steroid cream which your doctor can prescribe. The condition can be associated with an infection. Other conditions associated with phimosis include dermatitis and trauma.
