None: No blood test will rule in or rule out RA in the absence of appropriate clinical context. Among tests somewhat typical for RA, RF or rheumatoid factor and anti CCP or anti citrullinated protein antibody, with non specific tests such as ESR and CRP being also used in formulating the diagnosis.
