Hard to say: Without clinical history it is difficult to interpret labs. H The doctor who ordered the test should be able to explain in detail to you. Nml range for prolactin levels in males is 2-18 ng/ml.In general, the normal range in males is about 270-1070 ng/dL with an average level of 679 ng/dL. Testosterone level normally peaks at about age 20. Best Wishes
