Primary care doctor: The true nature of being human is being imperfect. All parts of humans are imperfect, and thus all parts of a human have illnesses. That includes heart illnesses, stomach illnesses, mental illnesses, etc. One's primary care doctor is the usual place to start, because that doctor knows the whole picture of the patient, and can do a general evaluation to see what might be causing mental issues.

Mental Health: As mentioned in another response, please see your primary care doc for starters. You can follow up w/a clinical psychologist who can do some diagnostic testing to help clarify things. Peace and good health.
