Fill out the MDQ: Google mdq and download the pdf file of the mood disorder questionnaire. Fill it out. Take a family member or close friend to your next appointment. Without collateral information, your doctors are probably having a difficult time your diagnosis. With the questionnaire in hand and the collateral information from friends or family, things should become much clearer. If they don't then you can fill out a mood tracker well and follow it for a year or so and see if your moods do indeed go up anddown. This should easily clarify the issues for you. Best wishes.
