Question unclear but: Many things are in the upper abdomen: stomach, pancreas, liver, small intestine, gall bladder, large intestine, abdominal muscles, etc... An exam by one's primary care doctor can help figure things out, if symptoms are more than just mild. Pressure in the upper abdomen, especially symptoms after eating, can be due to stomach acid heartburn, gallbladder problems, stomach viruses, bowel gas, etc.
