Vitiligo: Vitiligo is an autoimmune condition that effects 1 to 2 % of the population. Typically starts in the 20's, but can begin anytime in adulthood. A little more common at the bony prominence of elbows and knees. However around the mouth is common. Other conditions to conser would be fungal infection, peibaldism and leprosy (very rare).
