A member asked:

What would be the detailed medical use of radiation for treating cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Much to much: To answer. Most XRT delivered daily, by machine, some inserted into body cavities of spaces, and some radioactive material is injected iv. Better for you to ask about radiotherapy for a specific situation than a question requiring a textbook to answer.
