Is there any treatment other than laser surgery for ppp on shaft of penis. i have been diagnosed by a doctor and they thought it may be bumps from ingrown hairs from shaving. i havent shaved on my shaft since and after months no results. suggestions?

See a dermatolgist: Assuming PPP means pearly penile papules, a knowledgeable doctor is unlikely to confuse them with folliculitis, ingrown hairs, or other effects of shaving. OTOH, PPP don't usually occur on the shaft; but if PPP, no treatment is needed. Your next step should be to see a dermatologist to learn the diagnosis and possible treatment advice.
