Likely genital wart: Cauliflower looking bumps on the penile shaft usually represent warts caused by one of several strains of HPV. If so you are in the initial contagious stage & can pass it to sexual contacts. These general disappear by 2 yrs after initial infection but are often removed by laser/freezing/application of medication. I would seek confirmation & treatment. These can grow quite large.
