Libido issues: At 39, one's periods may be farther apart , because of delay in ovulation. Usually, estrogen levels are higher from age 35 on until menopause, but if ovulation is delayed, menstruation will be also. Libido problems may be secondary to relationship issues, more than hormonal ones.
