Not just food: Generally food alone does not change libido, unless one is very malnourished. Changes in libido and sexual stamina could result from many things -- your sexual partner and how you feel about her (or for some, him), medications, alcohol and drug use, cigarette smoking, diabetes, etc. Please see your physician for an evaluation of this concern. You might see a urologist also.

? Sexual stamina: Many things can affect sexual stamina, to eat wright, u need to eat more fruit and vigil able and less junk food ...There is a lot of vitamins u can take and other medication like viagra (sildenafil) , Cialis ...!and if u have not seen u pcp see him , to make sure u r not having diabetes and or medication that can impact u sex drive.

A healthy and stress free lifestyle is important for all of the above. So regular exercise, healthy foods, avoiding smoking, recreational drugs and alcohol would all contribute to good sexual health. At this age if you are having any problems or perceived problems, would recommend an initial evaluation by your primary doctor including Diabetes, hypertension and cholesterol and subsequently an devaluation by an urologist.
