Pregnant/anal pain: At 32w of pregnancy, the pressure of the enlarged fetus/uterus on the rectal veins may cause hemorrhoids, which are herniated into the anal canal, and will protrude, causing the symptoms described. These are best left alone, as removal is very painful (over 6-8 weeks).
