What can i do to take care of oral thrush?

Topical nystatin: Topicsal Nystatin suspension directly swabbed onto the affected areas is effective therapy. Also, oral antifungals, such as Diflucan (fluconazole) can be used as well. Both are prescriptions obtained from your physician.

See your dentist: See your dentist who can confirm the diagnosis and prescribe an appropriate anti-fungal medication. There may be contributing medical factors so check that out as well with your physician.
