A member asked:

Can you fly after a lung collapse ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Only once healed: Once collapse is healed flying should be fine but most would recommend at least 4-6 weeks post pneumothorax before considering flying, depending on the cause of the lung collapse. Flying too soon may risk re-collapse due to changes in pressure while flying.
