Welcome: No obvious reason why you can not fly, but talk to your gp who knows your medical condition to discuss risks.

Discuss: Most important is to discuss with your surgeon first. In general, depending on why you had surgery, what surgery was performed, and if you had postop complications; most patients can travel by plane by 6 weeks after surgery. Your most recent postop chest x-ray will be critical in decision.
