Aspiration?: This could mean a swallowing disorder, or perhaps spasm or blockage of the upper esophagus. Either one can result in aspiration, i.e. food and fluids going into the respiratory tract ("down the wrong pipe"). Aspiration can be quite dangerous, with risks for pneumonia and chronic lung disease. You (or whoever has this problem) should see a doctor right away. Good luck.
