Pancreatitis: With pancreatic inflammation digestive enzymes may be lacking causing malabsorption and that kind of diarrhea. If it persists, contact your physician who may prescribe pancreatic enzyme supplements. You could also avoid eating fats. Be sure to abstain from alcohol.
