Good morning, if you are suspecting that you have a stomach ulcer, what steps should be followed. can you first be treated with medication or do you have to go for a gastroscopy first?

Diagnosis: Should be secured first, as there are different types of ulcers. Anti acid treatment should be started same time, but the presence of an ulcer should be demonstrated and biopsies, if present.
