Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Unintended weight loss needs to be investigated. Blood in stool, even if it due to hemorrhoids needs to be addressed to prevent anemia. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
